Blackwave
As night falls in the early hours of the evening The cold drifts in with a fog of dissonance As shadows play in the dense forest The moon caresses my troubled mind Solitude in the mystery of twilight I drink deep from the cup of despair The dark thickens and quietens so I sigh profoundly with sickening melancholy Where has the dopamine gone?

A race to the finish line To rule the world blind People owe everything For my grandiose existence Up high on my mighty throne Where no one can hurt me I’ll build myself up strong Like an Empire State human

The wind howls Making the trees dance The sun starts to set, making the world cold Darkness enshrouds All around me I’m fighting for my mind I can’t seem to find a way out I hear a sound So frightening Moonlight floods Along the ground And up the trees I’m so scared Howls echo all around me I fear to die, but I fear to live

Feeling alone in a room full of presence Hard to breathe, hard to see Too bright, too loud, overwhelmed Crushing, crippling anxiety What do people think of me? Why do I care? Why does it matter? I mean nothing... I am alone in a room filled with souls No one notices, I am invisible Why am I here? The desolate wilderness calls... Now I am alone in a forest full of trees I can breathe, I can see Cool air brushes my face Isolation is good for me

I’ll catch you with my death bag Render you emotionless I’ll freeze the very core of your soul You no longer can harm me with your ways
