As I wandered into the darkest night, astray and blind, the purest melody I’ve ever listen to, beguiled my mind and fulfilled my soul like no other. Suddenly, captivated by that strange but marvelous tune, my being was dragged towards a lugubrious dwelling. Inside, the place was crowded by death and sorrow, and the air stunk of fear and desperation. But the music kept me going, searching, pursuing… until I found the source… I found this… thing.

Time remained still as I was falling into an endless nightmare. Constantly fed by some bittersweet nectar, blend of despair and rage, as every sane and rational thought, abandoned my afflicted mind. I was not alone, yet it felt like was been surrounded by loneliness itself. Among the others, I was just another pawn in a vile game of pain and torture, of frenzy and lust, of hunger and thirst.

It was the master of us all. It was our ancestor, our breed, our kin. Orchestrating everything, a fervent composer of both life and death. After some time, I realized the trail of carnage left behind, a path of loss and massacre. As I was floating around in a sea of ghosts, the call of the master made us forget about everything, faith, life, love, hope.
