I have lived my life behind these gates My destiny awaits I'll sleep under a sky full of stars In the shadows of these walls I’ve heard adventure calls I want to see what's on the other side Into a world of wonder I'm falling Over the hills and yonder It’s calling Save your speeches I know Into the wild I must go Lonely but never alone Into the great wide unknown I'll lay my head where I may roam I'll leave this world that I call home Guided by the star that shines upon my path And the stories I've been told Time-lost cities made from gold Beyond the realms of man is where I'll go Into a world of wonder I'm falling Over the hills and yonder It's calling Save your speeches I know Into the wild I must go Lonely but never alone Into the great wide unknown Save your speeches I know Into the wild I must go Lonely but never alone Into the great wide unknown

A world of colors turns to a darker shade of pale The spark of life becomes a fire in my eyes I’ve seen the horrors that men do A life in servitude of merciful tyrants A sliver of doubt in the midst of your lies The castle of cards, a wolf in disguise Concealed in the eyes of a child The time for us is now Rising tide Now I feel alive I’m breaking through Rising tide The power to decide What the future holds for you The summer haze of childhood dreams out in the fields The will of evil men that brought me to my knees It ripped the innocence out of me A child reborn again and baptized in fire I found a reason to change what’s inside Burning desire that flame is my guide, Revealed in the eyes of a child. The time for us is now Now, the weight of your crown Caught in the tide Gasping for air as the waves crash down The castle of cards A drop in the ocean

Bow and kneel Guards strip him of both bow and steel You stand before the king You'll see unmatched supremacy Walk into my courtroom Asking audience with me Finally your father's fate You'll see on that very place you stand On the courtroom floor he feel Oh so proud but broken I could tell You see the dark-red stains upon the stone tiled floor That day the birds sang songs of sorrow from those songs A new hope is born Like a phoenix rising You may be a king but your throne is a lie These walls cannot save you from justice tonight The cries of your people this is our call The court of the tyrant king will fall Insolence prеsumptuous little twat and so naive It seems you seek a kingom built on dreams Your first and only lеsson boy to stand upon the highest peak It's made from corpses of the weak If you seek obedience with promises of fear The you will find that we defy you Your chains are broken you'll see By unbridled power You may be a king but your throne is a lie These walls cannot save you from justice tonight The cries of your people this is our call The court of the tyrant king will fall You may be a king but your throne is a lie These walls cannot save you from justice tonight The cries of your people this is our call The court of the tyrant king will fall You may be a king but your throne is a lie These walls cannot save you from justice tonight The cries of your people this is our call The court of the tyrant king will fall

I've seen too many die I cannot face another child with empty eyes I tell them all to fight, and why Still my heart is filled with doubt, there's no way out Then tell them to gaze at the sky The light you will see cannot lie When skies are as dark as can be As long as your eyes lets you see Don't you fear the night Daybreak shines so bright Above dark clouds, eternal light A northern cross for the last of us I stand high before their tribe, but I Don't think that they understand, I'm just a man I will not tell them lies, I'll try Yet my words are deemed so high, castles in the sky Then tell them to look past that sky An ocean of stars meets the eye When darkness will swallow the sea Their beacon of light you will be

When words of suffering from the weak become a curse on sleepless nights and scenes of death a heavy burden on your eyes, There is a place where you can leave the guilt and shame you feel behind Something is hiding in the shadows, in the past you left behind I am the darkness that resides inside your mind When nightfall comes for you, you swear to never be afraid again But then you choose to close your eyes and count to ten You have a blinder in your mind, An ignorance defined If you look close enough you'll find, A coward hides behind So you, Follow the road and you hear or see no evil Cover your eyes so you won't see a thing Follow the road and you hear or see no evil In a darkened world the blind is king Something is crawling in the shadows, in the corner of your eyes I am the arrogance that thrives upon your lies The seat of power just theatre of lies and play pretend, When it gets real just close your eyes and count to ten You’ve built these walls you stay behind A little box, a little shrine And what was once an open mind is now both blind and deaf combined. So you, See no evil I see no evil I see no evil

We give our children just a few more years Or we can give them a life without fear We'll honor the call, as fathers we must fall, our sons above all Remember those who died, raise your shield up high, a thousand arrows fill the sky Charge by my command; kill them by my hand, as we make our final stand. Once more unto the breach we ride, Or close the wall with the brothers who die With peace our sons turn to men, And fathers again Can you see a greater cause than to serve for victory? By my hand; obey my last command. Look at this failure we have left our youth, We’ve buried our lies in the treasure of truth. Innocence so pure, deserve so much more, an end to this war. Son, let it be known, the love that you have shown, the greatest thing that I’ll ever own. When bells of death will ring, and winter crowns its king, you are my promise of spring.

In a world of bitter darkness You saw a shining light It opened up your eyes You saw a man before you Upon a throne of lies You took away his life A life lived in your shadow, in the shadow of a doubt The end of your journey, starts with the- Man I've become What you wanted me to be I will stay to the end of the night You may be gone But we still carry on Under skies that will shine in your light When death was on your shoulders You still carried me in life It opened up my eyes The path you made for others Your final sacrifice It took away your life
