Tangled thoughts running out of control Spreading doubt like an infection Twisted feelings infesting your mind Crawling out from the depth of subconscious No way to see the light No place to feel safe Distorted view of the outside world Colors and shapes forever changing The hand of doom rising up from your actions Pulls you down into another dark abyss Far away from life Too far to be saved Ripped asunder Falling asleep Just to wake up once again Prey of numbness Torn to pieces Drifting through the beaten path Hold your breath Close your eyes Trapped into this lifeless hell Cut your flesh Spill your pain Slipping down the hill of obsession Life loses its meaning As time fades away Time loses its meaning As life fades away Never turn back again Your past is still there
