Premonition I
The prism is etched into my mind in every waking moment. Undetectably dividing and learning As if the rudimentary particles of the universe itself understood their place in it… What comprises the air that we breathe? The ground beneath our feet? The cubine is etched into my soul with unrelenting nightmares A nucleonic horror From the heavens my body betrays me, my consciousness replaced by a consolidated one What comprises the blood coursing through our veins? I watch in terror as the sky splits like glass They long for the taste of multicellularity Reality, crushed under the force of the vile speck They long for the taste of multicellularity What comprises the skin stretched atop our bones?
